The Good Schools Guide notes that we stand out for our ‘unparalleled knowledge of local parents, schools and community’ as well as our ‘caring, goal-oriented and speedy approach’. This is fuelled by our ethical, transparent values which put the needs of our tutors and our clients at the heart of our work.
Ultimately, the bottom line is our results: in the 2019 GCSE series, for example, we achieved a 100% pass rate for our students across all subjects, with over 85% of grades ranging between 7-9.
Through word of mouth recommendations, Watling Tutors has grown significantly over the last few years, building a strong and loyal base of hundreds of tutors who can support your children throughout their education. The majority of our team are fully qualified teachers, many of whom also examine at GCSE and A-level. All tutors have exceptional academic records and serve both as inspiring educators and positive role models.
And while our team has now grown, our aim is still the same: a bespoke service delivering good value, high-quality tuition to our clients.
Watling Tutors was founded by Leah Warren in 2010 and since then has worked with hundreds of local students in North London and South Hertfordshire. Our experience of local schools and our reputation are both unparalleled in the area.
An experienced teacher and tutor herself, Leah realised there wasn’t enough high quality personal tuition with experienced teachers available for parents wishing to give their children the academic edge.
Not only is Watling Tutors committed to providing the best quality supplementary education for local students, but we want to support parents, too, to ensure that they can achieve the optimum gain for their children in their formative educational years. We hold educational talks for parents and work with a range of specialists, including careers consultants and educational psychologists, to provide a comprehensive service where required.
Watling Tutors has built a strong and loyal base of tutors who can service our community’s children throughout their education. We hope to raise academic attainment but also self-esteem through providing quality tuition by positive role models. And while our team has now grown, our aim is still the same: a personal, bespoke service seeking out the best tutors for your children.
Watling Tutors does not provide or endorse one-to-one academic tuition of pupils younger than 6 for private school entrance assessments.
