Summer Creative Writing Workshop – Years 3&4

Watling Tutors Classroom is delighted to announce it will be running a Creative Writing workshop this summer for students coming to the end of Years 3&4.

We’ll be using an exciting stimulus to inspire creative story writing. We’ll look at various creative writing skills: sentence openers, vocabulary building, figurative language, conjunctions and sentence types. We will have a focus on grammar and spelling whilst also developing your child’s imagination and creativity. By the end of the three sessions, children will have a high-quality piece of story writing to take home.

The course will take place over three consecutive mornings:

Monday 31st July
Tuesday 1st August
Wednesday 2nd August

10am – 11am

Total cost for the course is £120.
