Beejal graduated from The University of Warwick with a first class degree in History having achieved outstanding results in English Literature, Economics and History at A – Level. With a passion for teaching, Beejal then received ‘outstanding’ in her English teaching qualification whilst completing the rigorous Teach First Leadership Development programme working in challenging schools in the South East of England.
Beejal most recently worked at a leading secondary school in central London as a Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 teacher of English. She is enthusiastic about sharing her love for the written word with her students, whilst best preparing them for the high demands of current examinations.
Alongside Beejal’s love for teaching English, she has a passion for the performing arts, having trained professionally at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts for ten years. She has awards and qualifications from a range of dance/acting examinations and has appeared in on-screen television roles. She has found that her love for the performing arts has enabled her to make the teaching of English much more fun, creative and engaging!
