Emma is an experienced Modern Foreign Languages tutor, with a particular specialism in Spanish. She has taught secondary French and Spanish up to A-level and she was graded as ‘Outstanding’ in recent mock Ofsted observation. Emma was head of the Spanish department in a former school, where she was responsible for updating schemes of work and creating assessment documents. Recently. Emma has taught Spanish and drama to Nursery children, incorporating singing and music into her lessons. She also has experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level students preparing for their exams.
In addition to her experience teaching Spanish and French, Emma has an interest in drama, dance, theatre, and even, Hispanic film. A former employer explained how Emma thoroughly enjoys the buzz of teaching and praised her fair and firm teaching style – an approach which makes her ‘excellent’ for tutoring.
