Michael is an English teacher who specialises in American literature, especially drama, and has 25 years of teaching experience in comprehensive, private schools. He is also an independent scholar who regularly presents his papers at international conferences and has a book on American literature published by Cambridge University press, as well as several articles in peer-reviewed journals.
With a BA, MA and a PhD in English Literature, as well as a PGCE in English and Drama from the University of Cambridge, Michael has a wealth of knowledge that he seeks to impart on his pupils. He has worked with a range of abilities and is therefore adept at adapting his teaching to suit the needs of all students.
