After completing her PGCE in Primary Education from the Institute of Education in 1993, Samantha worked in a range of primary and SEN schools across London. During her teaching career, Samantha has held SEN specific roles, including Special Needs Coordinator, Inclusion Coordinator and Inclusion Lead. In addition to her in school roles, Samantha has also tutored secondary aged pupils with SEN on a one to one basis.
Due to her vast and varied experience as an SEN teacher, Samantha is passionate about supporting children to overcome potential barriers to learning. Samantha has a variety of specific resources she uses in her lessons and she can also support parents with guidance, and help with new and updated SEN resources. A former client explained how Samantha is ‘a very good tutor’ who ‘is clearly very knowledgeable.
