Samuel graduated from the University of Newcastle in Structural Engineering and went on to receive his PGCE in Secondary Maths from the University of Sheffield in 2003. He has been teaching for just under 20 years with experience from pre-reception to U6th with a focus on exam classes at the higher end of the school. He is able to confidently and successfully teach the full range of Further mathematics modules, all aspects of university entrance tests including: interview practise, STEP, MAT, BMAT (non-essay section), TSA, Curve Sketching and has extensive experience working with talented students in lower years wishing to work towards an Oxbridge application, 11+ interviews, 16+ interviews and exams.
Samuel has a strong track record of successfully preparing students for Oxbridge applications and his results at A-level (maths and further maths) and GCSE are routinely excellent.
