With a decade of teaching experience as a teacher and a personal tutor, Sannah is a confident teacher, who can support pupils in a variety of subjects from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3. In 2011, Sannah completed her Master’s degree in Education Studies from the University of Durham and, since then, she has held a variety of roles in different primary schools, including a KS1 and KS2 classroom teacher and Nurture Group Teacher and PSHE Coordinator. Sannah has regularly been graded as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ throughout her teaching career.
As a result of her varied teaching experience, Sannah has a good understanding and knowledge of how children learn. She likes to build excellent relationships with her students and always brings creativity, variety and fun to her sessions to help children achieve to the best of their abilities. One former colleague explained how Sannah is “a pleasure to work with” while another reference praised Sannah’s “dedication, time and effort”.
Sannah has definitely been the best tutor for my son. She is so friendly and patient. He’s gained so much confidence in maths and really enjoys the sessions.
