11 years teaching Specialist Exam Marker (Edexcel)
After completing his BSc in Mathematics and Economics at University College London (UCL) in 2010, Shozab started teaching at leading independent schools including St Paul’s School and Mill Hill. As a teacher of Economics and Mathematics, Shoza has developed a range of teaching techniques used to help his students. Furthermore, he is a Specialist Marker at Edexcel covering the IGCSE Mathematics series, which he uses to help identify the tools needed to help students succeed in their examinations and how to achieve in the higher grade boundaries.
Shozab has a curiosity in working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and he has a passion for sharing knowledge and information with others, whilst creating engaging and inspiring lessons. In past teaching roles, Shozab has worked with sixth form students in London, Italy, Switzerland and Monaco, helping them with UCAS applications. Outside of his teaching, Shozab enjoys sports, cooking, photography and he also studied Arabic at an intermediate level at university.
