Dominic is an experienced secondary Economics and Business Studies teacher, with a vast range of experience teaching at some of the best schools in the U.K. Since completing his PGCE, via the TeachFirst scheme in 2013, Dominic has worked at one of the best secondary schools in England and developed his skills teaching a diverse range of pupils in GCSE and A-Level Economics and Business Studies. In 2016, he progressed to the role of Head of Economics and has used his experience in this position to support pupil progress and to implement innovative teaching methods.
In his various teaching roles, Dominic has regularly been graded as an ‘Outstanding’ teacher and he likes to challenge his pupils to achieve the best they can. He is now working towards his Masters in Economics and aims to use his skills from this degree in his teaching sessions. One reference referred to Dominic as “a first-class” practitioner and explained that all pupils “look forward to his lessons and seek him out for additional input” outside of their lessons.
Dom is a fantastic tutor. He tailors his lessons to help my daughter better understand her GCSE Economics work.
