This Privacy Policy sets out how Watling Tutors uses and protects information that you give us when you use this website and our services. This policy is effective from 25 May 2018 to reflect our compliance with the GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation).

- further personal information/special requests, etc. relating to you and/or your children, including academic or medical needs and requirements
- payment details when you use our TutorCruncher system.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We will use this information for the purposes of matching you with a suitable tutor and/or customer., doing our utmost to ensure that your and your child’s special needs and requirements are met, and responding to requests. We will also enter your contact details for the purposes of future communications, with full clear opt-out/unsubscribe facility. We willSECURITYWe are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Information you give us is stored on an encrypted cloud-based system called TutorCruncher, and is never shared with any third parties (other than the tutor/customer to whom you’re assigned) unless we are legally required to do so. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are also stored in my email and mobile phone contacts where we have corresponded by email.YOUR RIGHTSYou have the right to ask Watling Tutors to delete all information we hold on you and your child. Please note, however, that for child protection reasons tuition cannot be continued after information is deleted and that terms and conditions regarding cancellation remain the same. Unless specifically asked to destroy information we will hold information about students on file for up to 12 months after their last active tuition.
