Having always had a passion for education and children, Lauren completed her PGCE in 2005 and qualified as a Primary School teacher. She then had a change of career and went on to work as a Marketing Director alongside some of the UK’s biggest spending advertisers, it was here that she developed her unrivalled organisational and admin skills along with her love of excel! Following the birth of her third child Lauren decided to reignite her passion for education and joined the Governing Board of a local primary school alongside the Watling Tutors team in 2021.

Lauren works on tutor recruitment and client liaison for Watling Tutors.
