Dharmesh started tutoring maths and English part-time in 2000 and has furthered his teaching experience recently to cover entrance exams and Business Studies. Whilst studying for his Business Studies degree at the University of East London between 2008 and 2011, Dharmesh worked with local students and helped them to improve their grades and confidence in Math and English. He also worked in a local school after graduating, where he taught maths from KS2 to GCSE level. Dharmesh also spent time supporting children with SEN and worked with another group of students at a Pupil Referral Unit.
Due to his various teaching experiences, Dharmesh has a good understanding of the AQA and Edexcel GCSE exams. When he is not tutoring, Dharmesh enjoys learning about history and philosophy and he also likes to travel, plays football, cricket and is an avid runner. In the past, Dharmesh helped raise funds to sponsor education and free food for underprivileged children in India and Kenya. Former clients note how Dharmesh is “a kind, dedicated and passionate teacher” who “helps to build a real love of the subject and further understanding”.
