Joseph has been tutoring pupils in English Language and Literature to A-level for over a year. He also has experience supporting undergraduate students with study skills and can teach GCSE History and Religious Studies. Joseph has a degree in Creative Writing from the University of Falmouth and has worked as a journalist since graduating, an experience he uses to support his students. For example, Joseph recently helped an A-level pupil to perfect their essay writing technique.
Joseph is determined to help his pupils succeed by using his background in creative writing. He now focuses on tutoring but still writes for national publications including, the Gentleman’s Journal, Lodown Magazine and Wavelength. A parent explained how Joe gave her son ‘ much-needed confidence’ before his exams and referred to him as ‘friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.’
My son always really enjoys being taught by Joe. His English lessons have improved my son’s confidence.
