Mathilde has 25 years of experience working as a Modern Foreign Languages tutor and she is fluent in Dutch, Italian and English and proficient in French and German. Recently, Mathilde completed the CELTA course in London, where she trained to teach various subjects both face-to-face and online. She also has a degree in Fine Art from the Florence Academy of Art in Italy. Having worked with different types of students of all ages, Mathilde can quickly identify pupil’s individual needs and adapt lessons accordingly.
Alongside her tutoring work, Malthide works as a Fine Art artist and has worked in various European countries including Italy, Denmark and the U.K. She has also worked as a translator and she mentors for Refugee Action, helping recent arrivals with setting up their professional lives in the U.K. Referees and testimonials are extremely positive about Mathilde’s lessons. One former client explained how she ‘creates an excellent teaching atmosphere’ to help students achieve their best.
