Sumon is a secondary school Science teacher who has been teaching for 5 years, ranging from all sets and year groups. Currently, he holds the position of Head of Biology at a mainstream secondary school where he specialises in KS5 Biology. With a passion for Science, particularly Biology, he completed a BSc in Biomedical Sciences at Queen Mary University of London, and then went on to complete a MSc in Translational Neuroscience, after which he qualified as a teacher at the UCL Institute of Education.
Due to his enthusiasm for Science, he thoroughly engages his pupils during sessions and has pleased parents whose children are now “enjoying Science” thanks to Sumon’s teaching. Also, having worked with such a range of pupils, Sumon is able to tailor his lessons according to each student.
